About the Role:
As a Transportation Scheduler, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating safe, timely, and efficient rides for clients across Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa. You’ll be the bridge between passengers, drivers, and facility partners — helping us deliver healthcare-grade transportation with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and organize ride requests via phone, email, or portal

  • Assign and schedule drivers based on location, vehicle type, and availability

  • Maintain real-time communication with drivers to handle reroutes or delays

  • Ensure data accuracy and HIPAA-compliant handling of passenger information

  • Support facility partners with responsive communication

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

  • Familiarity with scheduling software (training provided)

  • Healthcare or transportation experience a plus

  • HIPAA knowledge preferred

Client Support Representative

About the Role:
DocRide is looking for a Client Support Representative to assist clients, families, and healthcare providers with ride-related inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, clear in communication, and comfortable working with diverse communities, including elderly and disabled populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client questions by phone, email, and chat

  • Guide users through ride requests and status updates

  • Assist with partner onboarding and documentation

  • Handle feedback, complaints, and follow-ups with professionalism

  • Maintain detailed call records and case notes

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Patient, respectful, and client-focused

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM/ticketing tools
